Achterdeck
The Achterdeck is a new construction project in Berlin Köpenick. In a total of eight buildings within the new development, interested buyers can acquire residential and commercial units. From the 1.5-room apartment to the penthouse on the 4th floor, there is everything the heart desires.
Task:
In eight buildings with four floors each, we equipped the premises of Achterdeck Real Estate with various elements, coverings, and signage according to all rules of advertising technology. The following services were provided in detail:
Floor labels are partly mounted directly on the wall, but also partly with spacers.

Execution
The designs for our work at Achterdeck were created by STAUB advertising agency in Berlin.
The spaces of the Achterdeck construction project were first equipped with samples of the floor labels by us. These were mounted with spacers. However, after review by the client and discussions, it was decided to attach the large numbers of the floor labels with spacers, while the smaller words would be directly applied to the wall. The spacers were only used for the numbers that were large enough to hide them.
The outdoor signage for the gardens was implemented in the form of stainless steel and aluminum composite signs. These were produced and installed by us, serving as directional and informational signs for the property's garden areas.
The light frames were supplied, installed, connected, and stretched by us and can be seen in the corridors of the Achterdeck buildings. They were also printed and further processed in our company.
The parking garages were equipped by us with high-adhesion vinyl. These vinyls can even conform to wall irregularities, creating the appearance of a painted surface.
The door labels were also applied in the underground garages. These plotted, white-through-colored vinyls were adhered to the doors.
